South Australia, by regulation, has implemented the changes to the National Law due to come into effect on 1 October 2017, see Education and Early Childhood Services (Registration and Standards) (Amendment of Education and Care Services National Law Text) Regulations 2017. Consequential amendments have also been made under the Education and Early Childhood Services (Registration and Standards) Variation Regulations 2017.
