On 1 October 2018 changes to the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012 were made which largely aligns with changes made by other jurisdictions in 2017. To coincide with the changes ACECQA have updated their Guide to the National Quality Framework, including highlighting some of the WA specific differences. See their website for details.
